High skill is required to cook Turkish Coffee with its delicious taste and perfect foam. The coffee should be cooked to the right temperature for the right duration. This is mostly about patience and timing. Scientifically, this is related to the boiling temperature of water, which varies according to the altitude. Water simply does not boil at the same temperature at different heights from the seal level! Like many other Arzum Okka products, Okka Rich incorporates an Auto Altitude Detection System which sets its cooking temperature to the ideal temperature according to the machine’s altitude from the sea level. This feature ensures the same quality of coffee which has been cooked in skilled hands for many centuries.
